Active London property requirement

London property requirements for letting agents

Send a live listing first. Arimex will review the property, explain the proposed company-let structure in writing and respond before asking anyone to join a call.

What Arimex is reviewing now.

These are priorities, not automatic acceptance rules. Commercial terms and permissions remain property-specific.

01Location

Mainly London Zones 1–2. Wider consideration through approximately Zone 4; other locations assessed individually.

02Property

Modern one- and two-bedroom properties. Multiple units and suitable houses can also be considered.

03Timing

Available now or becoming available

04Condition

Furnished or suitable for professional furnishing

Send a listing for review.

Telephone is optional, email is the default response route, and Arimex will not contact a landlord without the appropriate permission.

Property introduction
How would you like to proceed? Required

Share the property without losing control of the relationship.

No cold-call handover is required. Start in writing and choose the route that fits the instruction.

01

Send a marketed property

Share the listing, rent, availability and any known restriction. Arimex reviews it and replies to the agent first.

Use the short form
02

Introduce a landlord

With the landlord’s permission, keep the agency as the initial contact or make a written introduction. Arimex will not bypass you.

Make an email introduction

Full disclosure before commercial terms.

If an agency or landlord does not permit this operating model, Arimex would rather know at the start than disguise the use.

01

ARIMEX LTD is the counterparty

The proposed arrangement is with the company, subject to property review and signed commercial terms.

02

The intended use is disclosed

The property is operated for business, relocation, contractor and professional stays. Changing authorised occupants and the intended accommodation use must be expressly permitted.

03

Permissions are property-specific

Superior lease, mortgage, insurance, planning, licensing and building requirements are checked where relevant. A landlord’s verbal approval is not treated as enough.

04

The agency relationship is protected

Arimex will not bypass the agent. We can transact through the agency and keep the agreed communication route in place.

Your instruction remains your relationship.

Arimex can transact through the introducing agency, keep the agent copied into the agreed stages and direct landlord communication through the agency where requested.

Submitting a property does not create a referral fee, agency fee or other commercial obligation. Any such term is agreed separately and transparently.

A useful written answer before a sales conversation.

The aim is to give the agent a clear counterparty, current brief and response route—not another vague sourcing request.

Direct answers before you submit.

Send a property
01Is this rent-to-rent?

In plain English, the structure may be described that way because ARIMEX LTD rents the property and provides permitted accommodation to changing authorised occupants. We do not re-label or conceal the intended use. The written agreement and relevant permissions must allow the proposed operation.

02Will Arimex bypass our agency?

No. Where an agent introduces a property, Arimex can keep the transaction and communication route through that agency and will not approach the landlord behind the agent’s back.

03Who stays in the property?

The intended demand includes business travellers, contractor and project teams, relocation guests and other professional stays. The exact operating plan remains property-specific.

04Do you provide a personal guarantee?

A personal guarantee can be discussed where appropriate. It is not promised by this webpage and would need to appear in the agreed documents.

05Does submitting a listing mean it is accepted?

No. A listing is reviewed for location, configuration, condition, timing, economics and restrictions before any commercial proposal.

06Can we send upcoming or off-market stock?

Yes. Current listings are easiest to assess, but upcoming and off-market opportunities are welcome where you are authorised to share the information.

07What commercial terms are assumed?

None. Rent, term, agency fees, deposits, guarantees and any other commercial terms are discussed for the individual property.
