Property eligibility

Could your London property be a fit?

Start with the property you have. We review location, condition, timing and restrictions before discussing a possible company arrangement. You do not need every answer to make an initial enquiry.

Our current property focus

  • Modern one- and two-bedroom properties
  • Mainly London Zones 1–2
  • Wider consideration through approximately Zone 4; other locations assessed individually
  • Available now or becoming available
  • Furnished or suitable for professional furnishing

These are priorities, not automatic acceptance rules. Suitable houses, portfolios and multiple units can be considered individually.

What we need to understand

Location and property

Our main focus is modern one- and two-bedroom properties in London Zones 1–2, with wider consideration through approximately Zone 4. Other locations and property types can still be reviewed individually.

Availability

Tell us when the property could become available and whether someone currently lives there. Timing must allow proper review, preparation and handover.

Condition and furnishing

We consider furnished properties and homes suitable for professional furnishing. Identify any works, safety issues or access limitations before a proposal is agreed.

Permissions and building rules

The intended accommodation use must be permitted. Relevant questions may involve the mortgage, superior lease, freeholder, planning, licensing, insurance and building rules.

Commercial fit

The proposed rent and costs must work for both parties. Current or asking rent is useful context; it is not an Arimex offer.

Ownership and authority

You must own the property or be authorised to discuss it. Agents and introducers have a dedicated submission route.

Not sure about a permission?

Select “Need to check” or “Unsure” in the assessment and explain what you know. Uncertainty can be a starting point for review; it is not permission to proceed.

A known restriction needs to be resolved before signing or operation. Arimex will not ask you to ignore a mortgage condition, lease restriction, building rule or legal requirement.

What to send first

Begin with the postcode, property type and bedrooms. A listing link helps if one is available. The next steps ask about readiness, permissions and your preferred contact route.

You can choose email and leave the telephone number blank. Submission is an initial suitability review with no obligation; it does not reserve an agreement or set a rent.

Introducing a property for someone else?

Use the agent and authorised introducer form so we can respect the agreed communication route. For several units, outline the number and location in the notes without sharing unnecessary personal details.
