Who signs the agreement—and who stays?
ARIMEX LTD is your company counterparty. Where the agreement and the property's permissions allow it, Arimex operates accommodation for business, relocation, contractor and project stays. Stays may be short or medium term, and authorised occupants may change during the agreement.
This is not simply a conventional tenancy for one named employee. We explain the proposed use before signing, so you can assess the arrangement with the right information.
What could change for you?
You have one company relationship and an agreed rent structure. Arimex coordinates the day-to-day accommodation tasks allocated to it, which may include occupier communication, housekeeping, presentation checks and routine issue coordination.
The value is reduced routine involvement. It does not mean that every owner responsibility disappears or that this approach will produce the highest possible rent.
How the rent commitment works
The rent figure, payment dates, term, deductions and any events affecting payment are property-specific. Any guaranteed rent is the payment obligation created by the signed agreement. Submitting a property creates neither acceptance nor a rent offer.
Review the company's ability to meet its obligations, the contract and any security actually agreed. Company registration alone is not payment security.
Understand what guaranteed rent means in the agreement →Permissions come before operation
A company agreement does not override your mortgage, superior lease, insurance or building rules. Planning, licensing and safety requirements may also affect the proposed use. Written permission from one party is not necessarily approval from every relevant party.
Tell us about known restrictions and anything you still need to check. An initial enquiry can help identify questions; they must be resolved before an arrangement proceeds.

- Which company signs and pays the rent.
- The intended accommodation use and permitted occupants.
- Routine operation, reporting and issue escalation.
- Repair responsibilities, spending limits and owner approvals.
- Insurance, access, inspections and handback condition.
- Payment exceptions, security, breach, break and termination terms.
The written agreement should make these points understandable. Obtain independent advice where appropriate before committing.

A company arrangement in practice
Our Brentford one-bedroom example explains the written arrangement, preparation and operating approach. It shows how a particular property was considered; it is not a promise that another property will be accepted on the same terms.

Another route may suit you better if you want a conventional tenancy with an individual household, your restrictions exclude the proposed use, or different financial and management terms better meet your priorities.
